For this week's Maori we had to translate the Maori name into English.
Some names sound like English and we could use Maori Dictionary to help.
Afterwards I tried to show my work but whaea Odie called us to the mat.
Whaea Odie checked all of our work - I got most of them right but I think I did good.
I think this was a good way to learn more Maori.
