Kiwi Sport | Touch

This week in our session of touch rugby with Mark, we learned how to do two man and three man settles.

We did two man settles a two man settle is letting the person with the ball get touched and having the second person pick up the ball and pass the ball back to the person that was touched.

Then we did three man settles a three man settle is having three people one run's up to the cone. With the ball and planting it on the ground. Someone else picks up the ball then throw's it to the person behind.

Afterwards we played walking touch there were one team with jumper's and another team was T-shirts. When one person has the ball and you get touched. you plant the ball then one person behind. The guy that got touched he pick's up the ball then throw the ball that is either on the right side or the left.

Then we started to jogging when you get touched you have to move back five meters in that game of touch. We started to do the two man settle, and the three man settle. The three man settle was very good for the team i was in also for the other team. even the two man settle was good for my team and the other team.
