Kiwi Sport

Today I practised my water safety skills at the Lagoon Pools.

The first skill that I practised was pushing off the platform and putting my face in the water and doing kicks well, I Rotation every six kicks.

Then i practised Pushing and kick and roll my whole body in the water.

Lastly I was swimming on my back and i practised to duck dive to pick up an object at the bottom of the floor.

I got better at diving but i have to improve pushing off the platform.
