Fractions

I learnt about fractions by cutting cups into quarters and eighths.

First I learnt how cut a cup int to quarters. Quarters are something that is cut into four equal pieces and eighths are something that is cut into eight equal pieces.  

After that I learnt about denominators. A denominator is what was the fraction use to be and numerators a numerators is showing how many of the parts show by the denominator are taken, for example, 2 in 2/3. 

I think fractions are good because it is great and it is good for the division.
